The Power of The Erotic: Reclaim Your Aliveness. Trust What You Know. Choose What Feels Like Yours.

You can be successful, capable, and deeply committed to the life you’ve built and still wonder why parts of it no longer feel like you.

Inspired by Audre Lorde’s essay Uses of the Erotic: The Erotic as Power , The Power of the Erotic invites women to explore the erotic not simply as sexuality, but as a deeper source of feeling, inner knowing, fulfillment, and personal power. Lorde’s work challenges us to consider what becomes possible when we stop disconnecting from what we deeply feel and begin allowing that knowledge to inform how we live.

This experiential workshop is for women who have become skilled at achieving, producing, caregiving, meeting expectations, and keeping everything moving but somewhere along the way have become disconnected from their own desires, needs, pleasure, or sense of aliveness. Together, we explore Feeling, Pleasure, Truth, Choice, Connection, Agency, Purpose, and Joy as pathways back to yourself. You’ll examine where you feel fully present and alive, where you may be operating primarily from obligation or expectation, and where you have learned to override yourself in order to succeed, belong, care for others, or maintain the life you’ve built.

You will leave with greater clarity about what nourishes you, what no longer fits, what you want more of, and where you are ready to make more intentional choices.
